Sharing a Christmas card with you today that has a lovely folk art feel to it. I'm also sharing some blog candy, so be sure to check that out, too! (Details at the end of this post).
The Details:
The Details:
- The card base is Papertrey Ink Ripe Avocado. I stamped the border along the bottom in Versamark and "Merry Christmas" in Coffee Archival Ink.
- The pattern papers are from My Mind's Eye. I used Sunflower decorative scissors on the top and bottom of the diamond-ish pattern paper.
- The tree and creatures were also stamped in Coffee Archival ink and then accented with Glossy Accents and Crystal and Xmas Red Stickles. I cut around the image, distressed the edges with the Tim Holtz paper distresser and tinted them with Old Paper Distress Ink. This center piece is adhered using foam tape for dimension.
- The final touches are ivory seam binding, a button, and some Papertrey Ink rustic button twine.
