Super Dad!

As promised, here is an example card made with Friday's free "Dad" digi.  I found the scraps of Superman comic strip paper and was inspired to color the dad word art in bright colors and go for a really fun graphic card.

The Details:
  • I printed the digi on SU!'s "Barely Banana" cardstock, colored it in with markers, and added Old Paper DI all over, focusing on the edges, and Wild Honey DI just on the edges.  Then, I trimmed to within a 1/8" of the outer lines and added glossy accents to just the actual letter areas.  It's attached to the card using pop dots.
  • The 1 is a sticker that was colored with marker and highlighted with glossy accents.
  • I didn't have a # sticker, so I just drew it on with Sharpie marker and added the glossy accents...voila!
